GREENVILLE — Greenville County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a suspect in the 2007 shooting death of another man.
Thirty-eight-year-old Kipplin Dominick Franklin has been charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Jackie Leroy Robinson Jr. was shot in a home in Greenville on Dec. 12, 2007.
Franklin said in court Tuesday that he had nothing to do with the shooting. He was denied bond and is being held in the Greenville County jail.
Robinson’s grandmother, Nellie Robinson Good, says she is happy about the arrest.
