Your 'Sparkle' photos shined, now we want your 'Baby, it's cold outside' photos

By Jim Miller: My best "sparkle" photo is a time exposure of steel wool which has been lit and spun in the air. Taken in North Charleston.

Your 'Sparkle' photos really shined this week.

We received 15 entries overall. Our editors were blown away by Jim Miller's creative photo shot in North Charleston.

Miller's photo will appear in the People section in Friday's Post and Courier. Pick up a copy to read what they liked about it the most.

Next week's assignment: 'Baby, it's cold outside.' Temperatures are expected to drop this week. Show us what you got.

The rules: - Send just one (1) photograph to yourphotos@postandcourier.com by noon on Tuesday, Jan. 13. Include your name, town and where the photo was taken. If you send us multiple photos we will select one randomly.

- We will allow photographs with reasonable watermarks to run in the gallery but for the winning photo that runs in the newspaper we must have a photo that does not have a watermark. If you want to send us one with the watermark (to run online) and one without (to possibly run in the newspaper) please feel free.
