Your ‘Baby, it’s cold outside’ photos are great; now send us ‘Lowcountry reflections’

By Josie Williams: Photo taken at home by the drafty window.

It felt like winter, for a weekend at least, which made it a great time for last week’s assignment, ‘Baby, it’s cold outside.’

We received great photos from both this year and years past and from off. Our editors really liked the miserable look on the face of Josie Williams’ dog.

Her photo will appear in Friday’s People section of The Post and Courier. Make sure you pick up a copy to read their comments.

Next week’s topic: Lowcountry reflections. We did a similar assignment last year and we really liked how it turned out. Send us more great shots!

The rules:

- Send just one (1) photograph to yourphotos@postandcourier.com by noon on Tuesday, Jan. 20 Include your name, town and where the photo was taken. If you send us multiple photos we will select one randomly.

- We will allow photographs with reasonable watermarks to run in the gallery but for the winning photo that runs in the newspaper we must have a photo that does not have a watermark. If you want to send us one with the watermark (to run online) and one without (to possibly run in the newspaper) please feel free.
