What: The Glass Onion will kick off a series of monthly on-site beverage tastings today. This first tasting of the series will feature Italian wines which will be paired along with small bites to enjoy for $10 per person. Bottles of the wine will also be available for additional purchase. Some of the featured wines include Roero Arneis 2013 Anterisio and Icardi La Rosa Selvatica. Chef Chris Stewart will be serving seasonal snacks such as pickled okra with pimento cheese, shrimp toast and deviled eggs. In an effort to bring awareness and raise funds for an important school based program, $5 of every ticket will benefit The Green Heart Project.
