What: Offered every Wednesday. Trek through many distinct habitats to view and discuss a variety of birds, butterflies and other organisms. A paid chaperone is required for participants ages 15 and younger. Registration is not required.

What: The Reconstruction era when African Americans voted and held office in South Carolina during the 1860s and 70s and the rise of racial segregation that ended this period will be discussed including the accomplishments of early black leaders. This course is part of the Black History of South Carolina Series.
