What: Paleo is short for Paleolithic and thus has been dubbed the caveman diet. It is essentially lean proteins, fruit and vegetables and healthy fats. O-Ku will feature a four-course Paleo meal in addition to the regular dinner menu. Call for reservations.

What: Bartenders will compete to create the best cocktail using Firefly White Lightening Moonshine for the judging panel. Attendees are invited to taste Firefly’s complete range of moonshine flavors, complemented with passed hors d’oeuvres throughout the evening. The Moonshine Throwdown will also feature live music with the Bluestone Ramblers. Attendees must be 21 or older. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House of Charleston, a local organization that provides temporary lodging for seriously ill children and their families.
