What: This class uses a combination of cardio, body weight and weight-lifting movements. These classes are for all skill levels. The aim is to maximize participants ability in the 10 recognized fitness domains that include strength, stamina, cardiovascular endurance, power, speed, balance, agility, accuracy, coordination and flexibility.
