What: Ted's Butcherblock will host a special dinner and wine offerings on Fridays through September. Four boutique wines will be featured and the $5 tasting donation will benefit One80 Place. The featured $20 dinner menu changes weekly, but includes sides and dessert with the entree. There is also the option of the custom grilled dinner, with a choice of a premium steak, chops, or fresh seafood grilled on the Big Green Egg, served with a choice of sides and dessert, prices vary.

What: During the art walk, there will be an opening reception for “Anchored in Charleston” featuring the work of Dorothy Allston Rogers. Rogers’s artwork carries a sense of peace, calm and reflection that flows from a heart rooted in the Holy City and steeped in salt-water and pluff mud.

What: Meet South Carolina artist Wanda Steppe and view 20 new paintings for her show “Silent Poetry” during the September Art Walk. After spending many years learning to paint in a traditional manner, Wanda Steppe found herself contemplating different approaches to her work after chemotherapy altered her sense of smell and left her unable to paint for many months.
