Dorchester County deputies are searching for two men who robbed a Summerville Little Caesars at gunpoint Wednesday night.
Two men ran up to the restaurant’s locked front door, at 1001 Bacons Bridge Road, about 10:30 p.m. as the business prepared to close, a Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office incident report states.
Five people who were inside the restaurant told deputies the two men pointed a semi-automatic hand gun and a dark revolver at them and demanded that they unlock the door. A sixth person who was in the parking lot also saw the men run to the door with guns, according to the report.
Once inside, the men forced the victims to take about $1,000 from a safe and place the money into a Little Caesars bag. The men also took the victim’s cell phones and purses, the report states.
The men then fled toward the back of the restaurant, the report states.
The restaurant’s employees described the suspects as black men who wore black shirts, black pants, hats and blue or black bandanas.
The men appeared to be between 18 and 22 years old and between 6 feet and 6 feet, 2 inches tall.
