ANDERSON, S.C. (AP) — Emergency officials say they’ve received a report of damage to one house in Anderson County, where a tornado warning was in effect.

Shift supervisor Jessica Ashley with the county’s 911 center says residents reported they saw a tornado on the ground, but those reports aren’t confirmed. The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning in effect until 4:45 p.m. Sunday.

Ashley says the fire department is responding to the report of the house damage. She says the caller reported that they had “lost the roof” on the house, which is located near Lake Hartwell.

The 911 center also has received reports of trees down. Ashley says no injuries have been reported.
