Traffic was flowing again on the southbound part of the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge after a crash caused headaches for more than an hour, according to the S.C. Department of Transportation.

Debris from the 10 a.m. crash had closed three of the four lanes of traffic heading toward downtown Charleston. They were reopened about 11:15 a.m.

The Mount Pleasant Police Department said someone was injured, and some motorists had been turned around because of the closure.

But none of the injuries were life-threatening, police Maj. Stan Gragg said.

No further information was immediately available.
