Shots were fired at a car with a man inside it on James Island early Sunday, according to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
A man was in the driver’s seat of a Cadillac STS parked on North Grimball Road around 1:20 a.m. when somebody drove past and shot the car, according to the incident report. Deputies found a bullet hole in the driver’s side front quarter panel and three .45-caliber casings.
The Cadillac driver ran and was not injured, according to the report.
Investigators have no suspects, Maj. Eric Watson said.
