Rain, rain go away - not likely until Monday

Showers become more and more likely through the weekend starting today, mainly after 4 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

Today's chance of rain is about 30 percent through the morrning and early afternoon, increasing to about 50 percent tonight. The high today will be near 59 degrees. The overnight low won't be much different at about 54 degrees.

Saturday will be cloudy, with a high near 63 degrees. The chance of rain will hover around 40 percent.

Saturday night will see a slight chance of showers (about 20 percent) along with patchy fog. The overnight low will be around 60 degrees.

Sunday, there is a chance of showers before 9 a.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 9 a.m. and noon. Showers will then be likely with possible thunderstorms after noon. The high will be near 71 degrees and the overnight low around 51 degrees.
