Police: 4 charged in slaying outside Easley bowling alley

EASLEY — Four people have been charged with murder in the shooting death of a teenager outside a bowling alley in Easley.

Easley Police Chief Tim Tollison said in a release that officers were called to the scene about 9 p.m. Wednesday.

The chief says 17-year-old Kejuan Mitchell Brown died of a single gunshot wound. A short time later, a car described by a witness was located at a nearby convenience store.

The four people inside were taken in for questioning and then charged with murder.

Police say that 18-year-old Jamari Trayvar Fair, 19-year-old Dennis Exell Gibbs and 22-year-old Alert Laven Taylor are charged as is a 15-year-old juvenile. It was not immediately known if the four had attorneys.
