Henry Mulligan is charged with murder, armed robbery, attempted murder and possession of a firearm in connection with a shooting on Rebecca Street Sunday.

North Charleston police arrested a third man Wednesday in connection with a murder on Rebecca Street earlier this week.

Henry Lavester Mulligan, 20, was taken into custody at a home on Winchester Drive, North Charleston police spokesman Spencer Pryor said.

Police charged Mulligan with murder, armed robbery, attempted murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime. He is expected to appear in bond court this morning, Pryor said.

While taking Mulligan into custody, Charleston County deputies arrested Jessica Frasier, 30, and charged her with hindering a police investigation, Pryor said.

Frasier lives at the Winchester Drive home where Mulligan was found, Pryor said.

Police say Anthony Watley III, 23, of Jason Street was shot dead and DeAngelo Antwan Scott, 24, of Greenbay Drive was wounded in the back during the Sunday shooting.

Thomas Lamont Ancrum, 23, of Van Buren Avenue, and Jamal Lameek Smalls, 24, of Railroad Avenue were both arrested and charged with murder, armed robbery and attempted murder on Monday.
