North Charleston man arrested after meth lab found at residence

A North Charleston man has been charged after Charleston County Sheriff’ deputies found a meth lab at his residence.

Roger Devon Warren, 50, of Midland Park Road has been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a weapon during the commission of violent crime, according to Maj. Eric Watson. Warren is currently being held at the Charleston County jail pending a bond hearing.

The meth lab was discovered during the execution of a search warrant by the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office Metro Case Unit at 2551 Midland Park Road. Two weapons were also seized from the residence, according to Watson.

The area is outside the North Charleston city limits, west of Rivers Avenue and south of Trident Technical College.
