The cold snap that froze Charleston Thursday is over, although temperatures will remain a bit below normal this week.
Today will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 50 degrees and an overnight low around 30, according to the National Weather Service. That's still a bit cooler than the normal, with 59 degrees being the average high for the date.
Saturday's forecast calls for sunny skies, a high near 48 and an overnight low around 32.
Sunday could be wet. There's a 30 percent chance of rain after 8 a.m. during the day and a 50 percent of rain overnight.
