Man wanted in Charleston shooting that left victim with arm wound

Charleston officers are looking for a 24-year-old man in connection with a shooting that left someone with a bullet wound in an arm, the police said Friday.

Mark Lee Frasier is wanted on charges of attempted murder and possession of a firearm in a violent crime.

The incident happened at 11 a.m. Thursday on Birdie Garrett Street in the Charleston Neck Area. The victim was taken to Medical University Hospital.

Frasier was reported to be armed and dangerous, a Charleston Police Department bulletin stated. He is 5-foot-11 and 175 pounds.
