Man shot in arm in North Charleston’s Dorchester Terrace

A man who got shot in his arm Friday in North Charleston didn’t cooperate with officers trying to figure out what had happened, a police spokesman said.

The North Charleston Police Department responded around 5 p.m. to a report of the shooting on Madden Drive near Dorchester Road, agency spokesman Spencer Pryor said. The scene was in the Dorchester Terrace neighborhood.

Officers found the man with a wound in one of his arms. Paramedics took him to a hospital.

“The victim was uncooperative with officers,” Pryor said.

No further information about the shooting was immediately available.
