Man shot during argument over vehicle repairs

Bernard Aaron Green is accused of shooting Warren Bradley Martin during an argument over repairs made to Green’s vehicle.

A man was shot during a dispute over vehicle repairs, Charleston police spokesman Charles Francis said.

The shooting happened shortly after 8 p.m. Friday at 1899 Clements Ferry Road, an incident report states.

The aggravated assault suspect Bernard Aaron Green, 23, of Kidmore Road in Mount Pleasant is accused of shooting Warren Bradley Martin, 35, during an argument over repairs made to Green’s vehicle, the report states.

Officers confiscated a black handgun from Green following the shooting.

A friend drove Martin to the Medical University of South Carolina before officers arrived, the report states.
