Charleston police have arrested a man accused of firing shots at a Jeep last week.
David Capers, 25, of Alabama Drive in North Charleston, was wanted on three active warrants for second-degree assault and battery, police spokesman Charles Francis said.
Capers is accused of firing a pistol at a Jeep Liberty containing three people on March 18.
The U.S. Marshals Task Force took Capers into custody about 6 p.m. Monday at a home on Stonehedge Road. He is scheduled to have a bond hearing at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
