Hit the Links: The week of coverage leading up to App State-Clemson

CLEMSON – The season started a week later than usually because the calendar, and Labor Day, flipped forward. Then the Tigers went and played two non-conference, non-Power 5 name brands, to open the year. Involuntarily, those two are followed five days away by Louisville, and 21 days from Notre Dame.

So Wofford and Appalachian State might feel a little like your basket of rolls and appetizer came out waaaaay too late, and you only get, like, two and a half minutes to gobble down that spinach artichoke dip before the shrimp fettucine comes out.
