David Wenger has joined First Citizens as vice president and commercial relationship manager based in the Easy Bay Street office in downtown Charleston. Previously, he was a commercial banker for Park Sterling Bank. He has a bachelor’s degree from Erskine College.

Joseph F. “Joe” Moore has joined SouthCon Building Group as a project superintendent. He has more than 28 years of construction experience. Previously, he was a superintendent for Newton Builders and Arnold Construction.

Albert J. “Spike” Pelletier has joined TAPE as principal executive manager of its Charleston operations. He has more than 29 years of military experience and more than 14 years experience as a defense contractor. Previously, he was program manager for SAIC in Charleston. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Maryland.

Jana Isom has joined LifeManagement Center as director of tutoring and academic coaching in the Charleston office. She has a bachelor’s degree in English from Wofford College and a master’s degree in psychology from The Citadel. Previously, she was a school psychologist with the Berkeley County School District.

John Dulude has joinsed Environmental Resources Management’s Charleston office as a partner. He has more than 30 years of energy industry experience, including more than 23 years with Santee Cooper. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Citadel and a master’s degree in business administration from Charleston Southern University.

Kevin M. Brown has joined E. Baxter & Associates Inc. as an associate. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and has 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jeff Harrell has been named director of deli and bakery operations for Piggly Wiggly Carolina Co. Inc He joined the company in 2003 and had led its Newton Farms store in Freshfields Village since 2005. He has more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality and food-service industries.

Dr. Jennifer Goddard has joined Roper St. Francis Physician Partners’ Ashley River Family Physicians in West Ashley. She has a medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine, and she completed a residency at Trident Hospital and the Medical University of South Carolina.

Joshua D. Cagle has joined Cleveland Law LLC as an associate attorney focused on employment law defense. Previously, he was a staff attorney for Carolina One Real Estate and was a judicial clerk for Judge George C. James Jr. He has a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of South Carolina and a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Previously, she worked with the group’s 2-1-1 Hotline. McKanna is director of Coastal Carolina Combined Federal Campaign. Previously she was a resource development division director. Thompson is operations coordinator for resource development. Previously, she was marketing director.

Mary Tilt Hammond has joined Charleston-based Garden & Gun magazine as executive director of integrated marketing. Previously, she was a marketing executive at Hearst Corp.’s Elle magazine and was merchandising director and international marketing director at Harper’s Bazaar.

Jonathon “Jon” Batten has joined Carolina One Real Estate’s Metro North office in Goose Creek. He has a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel and a master’s degree in business administration from Montreat College. Previously, he has worked for Volvo Truck, American LaFrance and Harsco Rail.

Daniel Doyle has been named a partner at Poogan’s Porch, where he is executive chef. He has been with the downtown Charleston restaurant for five years.
