Charleston police on Friday released a sketch of a man accused of groping a woman last week.

The alleged assault occurred around 7 p.m. Saturday on Smith St., according to Charleston police.

A similar incident reportedly occurred Wednesday when a man exposed himself to a woman on Pitt Street, police said. That woman could not describe the suspect in enough detail to complete a sketch, police said.

Anyone with information about the suspect can call Crime Stoppers at 554-1111 or Consolidated Dispatch at 743-7200.
