Charleston police continue searching for two suspects, following a shooting at Bridgeview Apartments on Romney Street Tuesday evening.

A police report says investigators are looking for two men between the ages of 18 and 22, both wearing all black. One wore a low cut fade hairstyle, and the other wore braids.

The 6 p.m. shooting left 26-year-old North Charleston resident Michael Douglas with several gunshot wounds. Friends drove Douglas to Medical University Hospital, officials said.

A concerned citizen called police to report a weapon on the ground near her apartment. An officer found shell casing in front of a building and a bullet hole in a window.

“No one saw who was shooting in the area,” the police report says. “They just heard the shots.”
