A Charleston County deputy’s patrol car was involved in a wreck Monday morning in North Charleston.
The wreck happened about 6:45 a.m. on Rivers Avenue near Greenridge Road, Maj. Eric Watson said. A truck hit a car and then the patrol car hit the truck, Watson said.
The deputy complained of neck and leg pain and was taken to a hospital, Watson said. The occupants of the car were also taken to a hospital.
The Highway Patrol is investigating.
