Update: The teen was found safe Wednesday night at a North Charleston Walmart, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
A 17-year-old Hollywood girl was reported missing Jan. 26 by her Department of Social Services worker and authorities are still looking for her.
Tamera Janeiye Larkin, of S.C. Highway 162, was last seen Dec. 5 by her foster parent in Hollywood, according to a Wednesday media release from the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
She is believed to have ties to downtown Charleston, West Ashley and McKnight Village off of Dorchester Road in North Charleston, the release states.
