RIDGELAND, S.C. — Jasper County sheriff’s deputies say one man has been arrested in the shooting death of a man in Ridgeland last month.
Twenty-nine-year-old Casey Kason Jones of Estill was charged earlier this week with murder and two counts of kidnapping. Maj. Donald Hipp said Jones also is charged with first-degree burglary, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a gun by a convicted felon.
Thirty-two-year-old Jeremiah Wilson was shot and killed in his home June 3.
Sheriff’s deputies are looking for two other men.
Jones is being held in the Jasper County jail. It was not known if he has an attorney.
