S.C. Highway Patrol is investigating a wreck with injuries westbound on Interstate 26 at the 203 mile marker.
The wreck happened shortly after 8:30 a.m., according to Highway Patrol.
Someone was ejected from the vehicle in the wreck, Senior Trooper Bridget Wyant said.
A helicopter was on scene and traffic was diverted onto College Park Road as crews cleared the scene, S.C. Department of Transportation traffic cameras showed.
All lanes have since reopened, according to Highway Patrol.
