Berkeley County sheriff’s deputies are searching for two additional suspects accused in a man’s shooting death Sunday morning near Moncks Corner.
Grayson Brandt Griffon, 28, of Beaufort and Gabirelle Oliva LaShane Davis Kocsis, 35, of Moncks Corner are wanted on murder charges, Berkeley County Chief Deputy Mike Cochran said. The charges were issued in connection with the death of Mark Luther Connor, 32, of Summerville.
Sheriff’s deputies earlier this week arrested Glenn Randall Lane II, 29, of North Charleston and Matthew Granger in the death.
Four people confronted Connor at a home on McCrystal Circle, sheriff’s deputies reported.
Pepper spray was used on several sleeping people at the home, and at some point, Connor was shot. He later died at a hospital from a wound to the hip area, investigators reported.
Lane and Granger were both being held Thursday at the Berkeley County jail on charges of murder, conspiracy, first-degree burglary and kidnapping, jail records show. Granger faces an additional charge of possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Griffon is described as a white man, 6-foot-4, 220 pounds with brown hair. Kocsis is described as a white woman, 5-foot-4, 150 pounds with blond hair.
Both are thought to have fled the state, deputies said.
