NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been commenced and is now pending or is about to be commenced in the Circuit Court upon the complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendant for the purpose of foreclosing a certain mortgage of real estate heretofore given by Ruby Harris Smith, Eddie Harris, Renee Harris and Priscilla Williams to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB as Trustee of WV 2017-1 Grantor Trust bearing date of July 10, 2003 and recorded July 16, 2003 in Mortgage Book 3253 at Page 65 in the Register of Mesne Conveyances/Register of Deeds/Clerk of Court for Aiken County, in the original principal sum of Thirty Thousand Nineteen and 90/100 Dollars ($30,019.90). That thereafter, the Mortgage was assigned unto the Plaintiff, which assignment is to be recorded in said ROD Office., and that the premises effected by said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof are situated in the County of Aiken, State of South Carolina, and is described as follows: All that piece parcel or lot of land with improvements thereon situate lying and being near the Town of Monetta in Aiken County SC containing 1.20 net acres as shown by plat of C. Ashley Abel RLS dated April 16, 1986 recorded in Miscellaneous Book 438 at Page 82 in the Office of the RMC of Aiken County SC and according to said plat the property bounded as follows: Northwest by right of way of the US Highway #1; East by lands of M.P.
