File/Provided Multi-genre party band Super Deluxe will perform at tonight’s free Rockin’ the River Concert Series event from 5:30-9:30 p.m. at Riverfront Park in North Charleston.

What: The aquarium will stay open late for an adults-only evening, featuring hourly animal encounters, two evening dive shows and live entertainment. Beer, wine and bites from Outta My Huevos and Scoops will be available for purchase. Last ticket sold at 9 p.m.

What: The City of North Charleston, in collaboration with Ear for Music and ICEBOX, have brought back the weekly Rockin’ the River Concert Series for a summer of family fun and music for the masses at Riverfront Park along the banks of the Cooper. Tonight’s concert will feature local multi-genre party band Super Deluxe. There will be a kids’ zone for the younger party people and food trucks and beer and wine vendors will be on site. Leave your coolers at home, but bring your blankets and chairs for comfort.

What: Passion to Forgive will host its inaugural fundraiser to support the Myra Singleton-Thompson Scholarship to assist teen moms with continuing their collegiate education or trade, despite the difficulties of single parenthood. This scholarship was created in Singleton-Thompson’s honor after she lost her life in the Mother Emanuel tragedy last year. This event will feature cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment, visual art, raffle items and more.
