Police are looking for a female suspect after a North Charleston bank was held up Wednesday morning.
Around 10:40 a.m., a woman walked into Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union on Rivers Avenue and handed a teller a note demanding money, according to police. She didn’t show a weapon and left with an undetermined amount of cash. She was last seen walking across Rivers Avenue toward Stafford Street.
Her actions were caught on surveillance camera. She is described as black, mid-20s, 5 feet 6 to 8 inches, 130 pounds, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, and carrying a red shoulder bag.
