A 35-year real estate pro with experience throughout the industry has joined up with AgentOwned Realty Premier Group.
Dave Salzinger works from the company’s locale at 1800 Old Trolley Road in Summerville.
His background “has taught him patience, resourcefulness and the ability to stay calm in any negotiations: Key points to close the deal,” AgentOwned points out.
Salzinger also pays close attention to detail, the agency says, noting that’s “something much needed in real estate during the hunt or sale, or when getting the contracts right for your closing.”
The associate brings expertise in residential and commercial construction, sales and customer service.
“He is always able to focus on the customer and works with them as a team to find or sell their home,” AgentOwned notes.
Salzinger is married with four step sons. Outside of real estate, he plays golf, goes fishing and enjoys amateur photography as a hobby. He also hosted a radio show for more than 15 years and loves music, the realty points out.
“He is a great guy to be around, nice, helpful and intelligent,” AgentOwned says.

Bill Dillard recently placed his license with Lois Lane Properties, working as an associate from the company’s 9 Broad St. office downtown.
Originally from Atlanta, Dillard and his family moved to Charleston in 2013. His background includes six years in the U.S. Marine Corps and more than 18 years in law enforcement before entering the real estate profession, the realty says.
Lois Lane Properties says the new agent “uses experience and foresight to pro-actively address details. He is an excellent communicator with strong relationships across the industry” ensuring top notch service, the agency says. Customers can “count on Bill to provide integrity, passion and commitment,” the realty adds.
Growing up in Charleston, sunbathing at Sullivan’s Island and shag dancing on the Isle of Palms fostered a local Realtor’s appreciation of the Lowcountry.
The associate, Brenda Guye, recently signed up with AgentOwned Realty at its Dorchester County office, 1800 Old Trolley Road in Summerville.
According to Guye, “the offerings of our area are many.” Being raised in Charleston “is truly a blessing to those who love nature, history, art and architecture,” she says.
She’s a past proprietor of Latino’s on King Street; owns a general real estate brokerage, property management and maintenance company; and has spent the past five years as a certified S.C. Real Estate Commission instructor at Trident Technical College.
“I have had the distinct pleasure of blending something enjoyable with meeting the wide variety of cultures that all coexist in a friendly, respectful manner,” Guye says.
A real estate office that entered the Charleston market in the past two years has added two sales professionals to its Columbia area center.
ERA Wilder Realty says married couple Sean and Loren Carrigan joined the agency this spring.
Originally from Los Angeles, Sean Carrigan spent the last 28 years travelling the world while serving in the Army. His last two duty assignments brought him to South Carolina, and he retired from the Army in 2015.
Loren Carrigan, from West Virginia and a fan of the University of West Virginia Mountaineers, graduated from the school’s dental hygiene program and worked in that field for close to three decades.
As a real estate agent, she’s earned real estate production awards, including fourth in total sales volume in 2015, ERA Wilder says. She’s gone on to obtain the Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Military Relocation Program designations.
Together the Carrigans make a dynamite Realtor team, according to ERA Wilder Realty.
“In today’s market, growth is the only option, and attracting top talent is a surefire way to achieve that goal,” says Eddie Wilder, president. “We are thrilled to have professionals of Sean and Loren’s caliber join our firm.”
The couple say they’re “dedicated to delivering excellence, and our reputation speaks volumes. Our core philosophy is to treat everyone with dignity and respect. Our goal is to earn a five-star rating for service from all of our clients. We thoroughly enjoy being able to coach buyers and sellers and meet their needs,” the husband and wife say.
They can offer homebuyers and sellers a variety of innovative and market-relevant products and services such as the ERA Gold Star Property; online marketing programs; and related services such as mortgage, title and home warranty. Formed in 1995, ERA Wilder Realty calls itself one of the larger real estate companies in South Carolina.
After 13 years as an Army non-commissioned officer, real estate associate Leah Day learned to be “disciplined; concise; and a firm, democratic negotiator” when working with clients, according to AgentOwned Realty.
She joins the company’s office on Old Trolley Road in Summerville.
Whether buying or selling, Day can make the process easier and quicker due to her efficiency and “right-to-the-point attitude,” the agency says. The buyer isn’t exhausted looking for homes with Day.
“She will weed out the homes that do not interest you by listening to your likes, dislikes and being intuitive with her choices for you,” the agency says.
Day, who moved to Summerville more than two years ago, is married to a Charleston firefighter. They have two children, ages 5 and 2.
“She loves to spend time with her family,” the realty says, taking in such activities as paddle boarding; picnics; seeing the rich, historic sights of the Lowcountry; and attending outdoors events.
ERA Wilder Realty welcomes a new associate to its Midtown office who brings 31 years in the business and stands as a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club and Circle of Excellence.
A long-time top producer, Coe Hankinson is a Columbia native and has lived in the metro area all of her adult life.
Her background also delves into finance and insurance.
Hankinson’s clients have worked with her in the past and are personal referrals or repeat customers, ERA Wilder Realty says.
“I can’t express how excited we are to have Coe on our team,” says Dianne Bunnell, Midtown broker in charge.
“She represents the best of the best in the greater Columbia real estate market and brings unparalleled experience and wisdom to our company.”
At ERA Wilder Realty, Hankinson can offer products and services such as the ERA Sellers Security Plan and extensive listings distribution partners.
The agency dates to 1995. Headquartered in Columbia, ERA Wilder Realty opened a Charleston area office in the past two years.
