Letter: Important election

  • Updated

Words can not express how furious I, along with countless other red-blooded Americans, are with Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama over the handling of the attack on our diplomatic facility in Benghazi.

I can only imagine the degree of frustration that exists with Trey Gowdy and his committee being stonewalled while trying to get at the truth. And for the presumptive Democratic candidate for president of the United States to have looked the families of the fallen in the eye and blame it on a video blows my mind.

I do not like being lied to by elected officials. I am also angry with elitists who give the impression that “we the people” are not capable of understanding the situation as do Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

This election is a big one. Probably the most important in my life. I hope people think long and hard before going to the polls in November as the stakes are very high on a variety of issues.
