BB&T opens new office in North Charleston

BB&T has opened a full-service branch targeting the North Charleston, Ladson and Goose Creek markets.

The North Carolina-based bank’s new office is at 8989 University Blvd. in North Charleston.

It is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday. The drive-through is open 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday.

Jonathan Crockett has been named financial center leader.

BB&T has 13 branches in the Charleston region.
