Brew & BBQ: Woodlands Inn is hosting an outdoor Brew & BBQ Dinner at 6:30 p.m. today in conjunction with Palmetto Brewery. The three-course, four-beer dinner event features appetizers, beer samplings and live music. Dinner is in the inn's Grand Oaks courtyard with an interactive kitchen and community tables. Underground dining: Renata Dos Santos, owner of My Personal Chef, is launching a new underground supper club, LIME (Local. Impromptu. Moveable. Evening.). The club's first event will be 5 p.m. Sept. 18. The location will be revealed two days prior. Tickets are $125, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Simply Divine Garden, a local nonprofit that plants personalized organic gardens for cancer patients. Sustainable Seafood: This month features the return of Sustainable Seafood Progressive Dinners in partnership with the Charleston Green Fair. Diners will meet at a downtown restaurant at 5:30 p.m. for the first course, then walk to other nearby restaurants for the second, third and fourth courses every 30 minutes. A sustainable seafood guide and wine rep will accompany each tour group. Tickets are $70, inclusive.
