Rudy Gill has been named chair of Goodwill Industries of Lower South Carolina's board of directors, succeeding Jim Young. The group's 2010-11 officers are: Edward Carducci, vice chair; Patrick Bryant, 2nd vice chair; Ann Elish, treasurer; and Steven Lenes, secretary. Also, Goodwill inducted Henry H. Lowndes Jr. of C.T. Lowndes & Co. into its Hall of Fame. Lowndes served two terms as chair from 1981 to 1987.
