Kelly Ryan has been named local sales manager in Charleston for Comcast Spotlight, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable. Previously , she was vice president of local advertising sales at Turner Networks in Atlanta. She also has worked in local ad sales for MTV Networks and The Weather Channel. She has a bachelor's degree in communications from Appalachian State University and a master's degree in film and video from American University.
Building supply
Lee Strickland has rejoined Buck Lumber & Building Supply Inc. as inside sales coordinator. He has more than 20 years of experience in the building materials industry.

Morgan Cawley has been named regional sales director of Absolute Pay Trust in Charleston. She has a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston.
Construction
Jordan Bryngelson has joined Civil Constructors Inc. in Charleston as senior estimator and senior project manager for the coastal South Carolina division. He has more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry. Previously, he was with Bishop and Sons Piping. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of South Carolina.
Education
Catherine Newman and Kerri Collins have been promoted at Ashley Hall and Clay Stewart and Katlyn "Katie" Ozburn have joined the Charleston private school.
Newman is assistant director of advancement and director of communications and marketing. She has a bachelor's degree in English from the University of South Carolina.
Collins is director of annual giving and donor relations. She has a bachelor's degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton.
Stewart is web presence and content development manager. He has a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Sewanee: The University of the South.
Ozburn is associate director of admissions. She has a bachelor's degree in criminology from North Carolina State University.

Remley Campbell has joined Raymond James Financial Services at Community FirstBank as a financial adviser. He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial planning industry. Previously, he was a financial adviser with Edward Jones. He has a bachelor's degree in chemistry and mathematics from the College of Charleston and a master's degree in business administration from Brenau College in Gainesville, Ga. He has more than $20 million in assets under management.
Health care
Regina Dell has been named health information management director at East Cooper Medical Center. She has more than 15 years of industry experience.
Law
Steven Lenehan Bell Jr. has joined The Wigger Law Firm Inc. as counsel. He will practice in employment, personal injury, litigation, social security benefits and general civil matters. He has a bachelor's degree in information systems from the University of Arkansas and a law degree from the Wake Forest School of Law. He is a certified mediator.
Medical
Joshua Hensley has joined Dolphin Medical Equipment as coordinator. Previously, he was an administrator for Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, Ky., and he is a licensed health and life insurance agent. He has a bachelor's degree in health care administration from Midway College.
Mortgage
Bill Knight has joined Ikon Financial Group's Mount Pleasant office. Previously, he was a loan officer with Residential Mortgage of South Carolina. He has an associate's degree in business from Spokane Falls Community College.
Also, Mick Jewell, Matthew Hensley, Bill Nisbet and Ann Austin have joined Ikon's new downtown Charleston office. Previously, Jewell and Henlsey were with First Financial Services; Nisbet was a developer with Generation Energy and a home loan consultant with Countrywide Mortgage; and Austin was a processor with Midlands Mortgage Corp.
Nonprofit
Kelly Sperry has joined Family Services, Inc.'s Foreclosure Prevention Services as a mortgage default counselor. Previously, she was a mortgage processing coordinator for Vy-Star Credit Union in Jacksonville, Fla.
Real estate
Edie Coupe has joined Daniel Island Rentals as a leasing and customer relations specialist. Previously, she worked at Clement Crawford and Thornhill and Dunes Properties prior to starting her own business. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of the Pacific.
Cheshire Rhett has joined Adams Development Co. LLC as a commercial real estate broker.
Retail
Tim Smith has been promoted to coastal district manager and Stephen Giebner has been named assistant director of retail accounting at Charleston-based Piggly Wiggly Carolina Company Inc.
Smith has been with the company for nine years and most recently store operator at Pawleys Island. He has a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Previously, Giebner was finance operations manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific. He has a bachelor's degree from Lander College.
