Logistics company to add 500 jobs in Berkeley County in next five years

A Los Angeles-based logistics company plans to open a distribution center in Berkeley County which could generate 500 jobs during the next five years.
Moulton Logistics Management will invest $25 million in the Berkeley County facility, according to an announcement from the state Commerce Department. The new operation will provide Moulton access to markets across the Atlantic Ocean, while reducing delivery costs and transit times for East Coast customers, according to company officials.
