Point of Distribution site

South Carolina Emergency Management Division Logistics Chief Mike Elieff (left center) explains how to set up a Point of Distribution site after a disaster. Charleston County Emergency Management is hosting the training sessions for responders who will be responsible for the supply-distribution sites that will give out 3 gallons of water and 6 MRE's (meals ready to eat) for a family of three.
