Small business workshop today in Lowcountry
NORTH CHARLESTON — A Lowcountry workshop is designed to help small businesses improve their bottom line in tough economic times.
The free workshop is being held today. The sessions are from 6-8 p.m. in conference room B339 at the Lonnie Hamilton III Public Services Building, 4045 Bridge View Drive, North Charleston.
The workshop will offer small business owners information and tips on doing business with local, state and the federal governments. Business owners also can get details about the federal Small Business Administration Loan Program.
A total of 33 small business owners attended a similar workshop last week. Another workshop is set for 6-8 p.m. July 29. Those sessions will offer information about the GSA Federal Acquisition Register and contract opportunities with Charleston County.
If you want to sign up for one or more of the sessions, go to www.charlestoncounty.org/SBE or call (843) 958-4765.
