The school coordinated drop off locations for the public to donate stuffed animals and supplies at local Walmarts. A Hearts For Haiti dinner theatre concert will be Feb. 19 at Hanahan Middle School.

--College Park Elementary: Students collected pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters. Donations will be divided between Project 81 and The American Red Cross.

--Cane Bay Elementary: Students, faculty and staff can purchase a tiger paw for $5. Proceeds will go to the American Red Cross.

Schoolwide, there is a "Helping Haiti" bucket in the lobby and spare change is being collected. A muffin sale was held. First-grade students acted as cashiers and at the end of the sale, they sorted and counted the money. All money will be sent to the Red Cross.
