Prettiest pets

Today is the deadline for casting your ballot in The Post and Courier's Prettiest Pets contest.

We narrowed the field to 24 semifinalists from more than 500 entries of dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, guinea pigs, horses, iguanas and even a cow.

Now, we want your input. We'd like to you to visit postandcourier.com. The deadline to vote is 5 p.m. today.

These votes will be tabulated along with the paper ballots from last week's Pet Expo, and the 12 winners will be announced.

But don't despair if your furry (or nonfurry) friend was not selected as a finalist. We'll use some of the other entries on upcoming Pets pages.
