Stella is a 'Teddy Bear Dog' from a Shih Tzu father and toy poodle-Bichon Frise mother.

Kayla is 5 years old and is half chocolate Lab, half golden retriever. She was one of 11 pups (all black) born to her golden retriever mom.

She is a very sweet girl who loves everyone she meets. She will warn us of other animals in the area, too, namely lizards, squirrels and snakes. She especially loves our FedEx and UPS folks who come to visit each week.

She is very smart and is trained to obey all basic commands and she is especially eager to please when it involves a slice of American cheese.

She spends her days sleeping or playing with toys and she can't wait for winter to arrive so she can grow her beautiful black winter coat.

Taji

Do you remember the commercial where the supermodel coos to the audience, "Don't hate me because I'm beautiful"?

That is what our cat, Taji, would say if she could speak human. (She speaks feline quite fluently.)

It is so difficult to pick my favorite photo of her because she is so photogenic and seems to like to have her picture taken.

Taji is one year old and is a domestic short-hair with lynx point markings. Her eyes are icy blue/aquamarine. She and her sister were feral kittens my husband rescued from work at the age of 3-4 weeks.

Taji weighs only about 8 pounds, but she is a force to be reckoned with if you cross her. She makes her wishes known -- loudly. But she is also very affectionate and loves to hop in my lap for a snuggle.

Stella

Here is a photo of my cute little dog named Stella. She is 3 years old and weighs about 10 pounds.

She came from Wisconsin from a lady who breeds "Teddy Bear Dogs," which is a mix of Shih Tzu father, and toy poodle-Bichon Frise mother. I picked her from puppies available from a photo gallery online and she was delivered to me, via her own plane ticket, in May 2006.

She is a very friendly dog who has never met a stranger.
