Authorities took one man to the hospital and another to jail following a shooting in Adams Run Sunday night.
The shooting happened at 7 p.m. at 5057 S.C. Highway 174 after investigators say a landlord and tenant argued about rent.
Charleston County Sheriff's investigators say Samuel White, 34, of Adams Run was taken to the Medical University Hospital after he was shot once in the abdomen.
Investigators charged Randolph Roberts, 53, with assault and battery with intent to kill.
