Vandals target Strawberry Chapel again

CORDESVILLE — Five vandals broke into Strawberry Chapel early today and tore through the historic church, smashing out windows and jumping on the pews in their dirty footwear.
It's the latest in a string of nearly monthly raids on the 300-year-old church. Total damages have grown upwards of $50,000.
After an alarm was activated about 3 a.m., church officials discovered the mess at the historic church; shattered glass everywhere and dirty tracks on the pew cushions.

It should be a federal crime to desecrate ANY place on the national register.
Hopefully these lowlifes will be caught and charged with a federal crime and have the book thrown at them
