Upstate teen charged in fatal shooting

GREENVILLE - A Belton teenager has been charged in the shooting that killed a Greenville man and injured his brother.

Authorities say 17-year-old Robert Mondriques Jones is charged in the shooting death of 21-year-old Vincent Campbell on Wednesday morning. WYFF-TV reported that Campbell's brother, Kevin, was shot in the shoulder.

Jones was charged with murder, assault and batter with intent to kill, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a pistol by a person under 18.

He's being held at the Greenville County Detention Center.
