Okay:
1) Nikie Haley's letterhead looks like she(?) is already governor. That's just not cool.
2) We can't recall somebody from office? Why not? He could be impeached, right? If so, he needs to get out of there. SC has become even more of a laughing stock now that our governor has been adulterous. Elliot Spitzer had to resign, I think Governor Sanford should as well.

I've reviewed a portion of the South Carolina constitution. The governor can be impeached. Time to call your congress people.

One more thing, then I'll shut up. According to the constitution, you have to believe in an Almighty Power. Can we get rid of that, please? That is moronic. That means I can't run for Governor. Or, I could just lie. Who would know?

Let he who hath not sinned cast the first vote to impeach.

I thought that Jenny Sanford's letter was very mature and graceful, although I'm sure she's not feeling as good as that letter sounds. Anyways:
"Let he who hath not sinned cast the first vote to impeach."
Because that's possible.
"One more thing, then I'll shut up. According to the constitution, you have to believe in an Almighty Power. Can we get rid of that, please?"
That is ignorant of the diverse values people hold. That should be changed, I agree. I'd just lie too. =)

we get it you have posted it on every news release - he broke the law Let him pay his fine. It is after all a misdemeanor in the law. Traffic tickets can draw a bigger fine. Child molesters can receive lower sentences than this law
If we then are going to condemn people in office for misdemeanor crimes, than lets round them all up. The highway department would probably help get rid of half of the people in Columbia.
To those that want impeachment, he broke no law in regards to his position of title and is therefore not impeachable.
The only other judge he would need to face is his wife's. Get over it
