History: King Street Grille in Mount Pleasant is the second establishment of the local franchise with the third location being on Kiawah Island.

When looking for a good bar to watch sports in Mount Pleasant, it would be hard to do much better than the King Street Grille.

In fact, when looking for a good bar in Mount Pleasant, it would be hard to do much better than the King Street Grille.

Much like its original and namesake location downtown, the King Street Grille along Hungryneck Boulevard in Mount Pleasant offers the same upscale sports bar environment and the menu to reflect it.

Sure, you can get quality chicken wings and burgers to chomp on while rooting for your favorite team, but you also can step it up a notch with the extensive menu featuring more serious seafood, chicken and pasta entrees.

The high ceilings and decor gives King Street Grille a swankier vibe than the average sports bar, but the multiple, big-screen TVs throughout the establishment never lets customers forget the Grille's main goal: to provide one of the most unique and quality sports bar settings around.

The folks at King Street Grille have accomplished this goal and then some, judging by the popularity of the place, not only on the night of big games but random evenings, where the bar has become a favorite social spot regardless of the season.

A perfect fit for Mount Pleasant, King Street Grille continues to be, for sports fans or just fans in general, an unqualified home run.
